Single Sign On is activated for CITY 311 USERS!!!  Individuals with baltimorecity.gov accounts and a 311 System license should use 'Or log in: using Baltimore City Login'  and follow the City's authentication steps to access the 311 Console.  No more having to use/remember/reset your Salesforce password!   311 SALESFORCE USER LICENSE REQUEST
 311 license account requests should be made through the 311 System
by having your authorized agency representative submit request for: 
 ECC-311 CRM Account Request
A member of the 311 admin team will review the request and respond by email.
Once approved the licensee will need to attend training prior to receiving access.  Request training by emailing  the admin team.
